Hannity On The Radio
Sean Hannity, pumped up with self righteous pomposity, was having a special moment on his radio show today venting about terrorists and liberals, of course. While Fox News told viewers about the solidarity of the G8 Nations after the London attacks, Hannity continued his divisive and disrespectful rhetoric at a time when sensitivity and unity was more appropriate.
At 3:30 PM ET Hannity was already on a roll telling listeners,
" We're battling the ACLU and liberal Judges with false claims of torture diverting our attention from doing what we need to do to win the war."
Then Hannity went over the horrors we have experienced in the last 100 years mentioning Gulags,Pol Pot and Hitler adding "speaking of Mr. Durbin."
A caller asked how long it would be before the liberal media twists the events of today blaming the War in Iraq and Bush. Hannity sighed,
"Don't know. Can't get inside the liberal mind. For all the talk about the election and Iraq, who would you rather have at a time like this, John Kerry( sneer) or GW Bush?"
The next caller remarked that maybe the European Nations would finally "get it" sending Hannity into another evangelical stream of unconsciousness.
"Puts in perspective the talk about loud music played to Gitmo prisoners. Know why we were pressing these people. I have never been able to understand handling them with kid gloves. Hate to tell my kids but this will probably last my lifetime and beyond."
comment: Well if the war lasts throughout his lifetime, Hannity will have the patriotic satisfaction of sending his children and grandchildren to war since he never served himself.
