House Majority Leader Tom DeLay's popularity has slipped dramatically as allegations of ethics transgressions continue to swirl around him. Even Dick Cheney characterized DeLay's behavior as inappropriate when he called for retribution against judges who refused to reinsert Terri Schiavo's feeding tube. yet today's Big Story devoted five full minutes to the Michael Jackson trial and zero time to Tom DeLay's decline.
