Out of control

Mike Embley, on tonight's BBC World News immediately, defers to reporter Orla Guerin in Baghdad. Guerin reports that despite the appointment of a new PM today, Iraq "still looks and feels like a country out of control." Guerin says the new government members will still "have to worry about staying alive, as well as running Iraq."
COMMENT: On this same day, the only thing we hear is optimism about the new PM being appointed; never mind the continuing danger.
