The "American led Coalition"

Ending tonight's BBC World News, Mike Embley concludes with a wrap of the "main news" and refers to troops in Iraq as "the American led coalition...."
COMMENT: Here in the US it's never referred to in such an honest way. It's "The coalition," or "coalition troops," which helps brainwash the American public into thinking it's a more diverse group than it really is.
