Today, on CBS This Morning, legal analyst Rikki Klieman explained that New York laws could make the class action lawsuit against Fox News extremely costly to the corporation.
Klieman spoke on CBS today in response to the latest complaints for racial discrimination filed against Fox News yesterday. She noted that New York City and the state have “some of the toughest anti-discrimination laws: no caps, punitive damages, a very, very simple burden of proof.”
“This class action has incredible potential to really hurt Fox News’ bottom line,” Klieman said.
In other words, Fox News’ legal troubles may have only just begun.
Watch Klieman explain the impact of the racial discrimination suits below, on the April 26, 2017 CBS This Morning.

I hereby propose that the entire management and most of the on-camera ‘talent’ of Fox News be sent down 30 Rock’s garbage chute, to be replaced by Ellen, Antoinette, Kevin, Eyes On and Jane at their earliest possible convenience.
Wouldn’t that be fun :)

These Fox “News” racists and sexists will cost the Foxies their brand, money and more loss of ad revenue.
The sales department at this demonic network are going to have major headaches with ad agencies.
