In case you missed it, Adam Levine, from Maroon 5 and The Voice, muttered “I hate this country” into a hot mike last night. It was in response to voting on The Voice that eliminated two of his team members. Levine has since defended his remark as a joke, issued a statement explaining his frustration with the voting and saying, “I obviously love my country very much.” But the very news network that has shown no interest in the fact that one of their hosts urged people to “do me a favor” and go punch an Obama supporter in the face thought Levine’s comments were worth at least two discussions last night. One on On The Record and a debate on Hannity.
I’m sure it’s just a coincidence that Levine is a liberal. In case you didn’t know that, Hannity referred to him as a “liberal loudmouth” and a Fox News banner described him as a “VOCAL OBAMA SUPPORTER IN HOT MIC CONTROVERSY.”
Holder started off strong.
It sure takes one to know one, Sean. I mean, really, if anybody’s (sic) hates America I think it’s a lot of conservatives. …They can’t talk about the successes of the job market, the stock market, housing. All these things are up. But instead you want to talk about an entertainer – he’s not a politician – who said something under his breath, who was disappointed in the voting (on The Voice).
Hannity challenged her, “I have a hundred dollars in my pocket if you can name one conservative that hates America because they have disagreements with Obama.”
Unfortunately, Holder could not name any. But she could have started with Fox News, the very “they” who wanted to talk about an entertainer’s stray remark while ignoring the economic news. And then she could have named quite a few people who regularly hate monger about America right there on Hannity’s show:
And, of course, there’s good ol’ “punch ‘em in the face” Andrea Tantaros.
Feel free to tweet Hannity at @SeanHannity with any or all of those names and ask for the hundred dollars. I will, too, but he blocks me from his Twitter feed.
The Stop Hannity Express says Hannocchio is using whatever he can to pin a scandal on Pres. Obama. Well, two can play this game.
The Express urges all the masses to pin News Corporation’s legal issues, aka, former News International’s hacking and bribery scandals on to Hannocchio. He works for this sadistic company, and Ruthless Rupy is his boss.
Hannocchio is in no position to go after anyone, given his own sordid background. He would lose a good portion of his audience if they learned the truth about him.
NOTE TO HANNITY
Your grandparents should have stayed in Ireland. It’s their fault that we have you in America.
Ellen—why didn’t you do anything on Jim Norton’s defense of Lena Dunham on “Hannity” last night—or are you planning to?
Nothing about the segment struck me in any way other than obviously Hannity had hoped and expected Norton to attack Dunham but then he didn’t. It just didn’t grab me. What did I miss? I can revisit it.

These are the pricks for whom I served in uniform?
The result would have been a HUGE ‘Bagger shit-storm that would have lasted months, with Malkin’s face appearing on every talk show on every cable network, every day for at least 2 weeks. Ugh.
And Hannity would never have paid the 100 bucks.
Now, they’re going to have to settle for a boycott of Maroon 5.
Good luck with that.
