As of last night, FoxNews.com was still calling the government shutdown a "slimdown." But today, after FNC's new media critic, Howard Kurtz, criticized it - again - they seem to be back to the "shutdown" word. But not before Stephen Colbert had a chance to give them the comedic spanking they deserve!

Waitaminnit! “Gold FALLS Following Government Shutdown?” Really? I thought that gold was supposed to be a “sure” commodity—that would only go UP in price whenever there was some economic uncertainty.

If anything deserves the Colbert treatment, it's Fox's ridiculous spin via the term "government slimdown" instead of "government shutdown."
