About the Hillary Clinton caricature…
It’s done by a liberal. Personally, I think it captures her essence in a slightly humorous way but is not ultimately unflattering.
Besides the fact that I like DonkeyHotey’s work, he allows blogs to use his caricatures without charge.
If you can find another graphic of Hillary Clinton that is available free of charge, let me know and I’ll consider using it next time I need one.

On the caricature of Hillary, normally I don’t object to well done artwork. But this one is kind of disconcerting to me because it looks like Hillary has suddenly gone blind and is feeling her way across the room.
But the quality is good, I just don’t like the way the subject is posed.

@joseph West: I disagree on the use of caricatures. Although some are unfair, their use should not become a partisan issue and I want us to be able to use those that emphasise the quirks (especially Trump’s, heh, heh)
Anyway, I actually like the one of Hilary but that may be because it makes her look a lot like Chelsea. I remain bitterly angry at the GOPs for how they treated her as a child. The Republican party has become something totally different from what it was in the time of Abraham Lincoln, even Dwight Eisenhower.

I like Bernie, too.. and a lot. I am already grateful to him for having brought and kept the well-being of ordinary people to the forefront in this race, if only on the Dem side. I am also grateful to him for preventing the Dem race from turning to the mud-slinging circus we’re seeing on the GOP side. My impression is that Kusich’s attempts to focus on real issues and avoid the temptation to slur and slander were doomed to fail for want of a sense of civility on his side. The GOP is increasingly showing itself to reflect the ugliest side of America: bullying, lying, discourtesy, incivility, lack of dignity, etc. Those are traits that most parents try to socialise out of their three-year olds. It’s telling that Rubio is becoming more popular because his handlers have given him more rope to go after Trump.
As Hilary has more experience on the international stage, I’m rooting for her but her easy adoption of so many of Bernie’s messages gives me confidence that she will find a place for him in her cabinet, if only to act like a polite but relentless horse-fly: i.e. as a reminder that politics should be about people, not what appears to be a total disregard for the positive values that even the GOP are wont to claim are “American” values.
America’s self-imposed “image” as a beacon for civilization and freedom through democracy is currently being preserved by the civility and substance of the candidates on the Dem side, plus Kusich on the GOP side.

Um, I’m NOT pleased with the caricature of Hillary currently showing at the top of this page.
Save the caricatures for the GOP clowns, please. There’s no need for what’s presumably a Dem-leaning site to be caricaturing the Democratic candidates.

Glad to hear that about 538. I think they are terrific.
I also feel confident that if Hillary is the nominee, Sanders will do whatever he can to help her get elected. I also think she will continue to recognize his message. I doubt he’ll be her running mate but I’m sure he’ll be some kind of advisor or something.
I do worry about turnout. That, to me, seems the key.

I’m following 538 this year, as I did in 2012. Silver has tended to be the most accurate in terms of his prognostications. For whatever reason, his models seem to work the best. At this point, he has serious doubts about Trump’s ability to appeal beyond the white male Republicans he already has in his corner.
It is indeed possible that Trump could somehow prevail in November, but that would mean that most of the US electorate was either woefully uninformed or chose to stay home – or both.
For now, the Democratic primary situation has essentially reverted to what we knew it would be over six months ago, and next Tuesday will clinch it. I still think that Bernie Sanders will make a good speech at the Democrat Convention this summer, and that it’s possible that Clinton will find a place for him in her cabinet. I’ve noted that their disagreements at the various debates have never strayed into the bizarre territory we’ve seen the GOP inhabit this year.

I just saw Mary Anne Marsh,, a Democratic strategist, on Fox. She said that the primary is, for all intents and purposes, over and that it will be Trump vs. Hillary, there’s no other math that works. She went on to say that the general election will be the closest she’s ever seen, probably closer than 2000.
Yikes!

I like Bernie Sanders. I think he has done a good job of running. He has until this Tuesday to really show something.
I voted early for Hillary in the Texas Super Tuesday ballot.
The orange haired blow hard who is scared to death of windy days is gonna lose Texas to Cruz. My prediction.
