Shep Smith And Judge Napolitano Smack Down Gov. Brewer's Immigration Law Victory Claim

Shepard Smith contradicted Fox's own coverage of the Supreme Court's immigration ruling when he and Judge Andrew Napolitano smacked down Airzona Governor Jan Brewer's bizarre claim that the "heart" of her state's law had been "vindicated." Smith said he was "just kind of scratching my head" over Brewer's statements. Then, he added, "I felt like the Yankees had just played the Red Sox in a four-game set; the Yankees had won three out of four and the Red Sox claimed a series victory because they got one game."

Napolitano agreed, murmuring, "Right. Right," and praised Smith's "excellent anaology." He added, "Really, nothing was accomplished from the Arizona point of view. ...This is a victory for the White House.

What I thought was funny is that months ago when sane people were disgusted with the “papers please” part of the bill, Leather Face Brewer claimed that it wasn’t the most important part of the bill. Now the dried up douche bag is saying it’s the heart of the bill. The woman is losing what’s left of her diseased mind.

Fox News’ spin on the verdict is beyond pathetic. I’ve been following it off and on all day, and they won’t acknowledge that the right lost three games for that one… or that how long their victory is upheld has been a good question in commentary.
