Seth Meyers took a funny “Closer Look” at Fox’s coverage of Hillary Clinton’s health. “Of course, the first instinct for anyone, whether you support her or not should be to hope she recovers quickly,” he said. “And if you work at Fox News, your second instinct is to start speculating whether she’ll drop out of the race.”
Watch it below, for some late-night laughs, via the September 13 Late Night with Seth Meyers.

The allegedly [by dyed in the wool conservative droolers] liberal mainstream media pounced like a lion on Hillary’s “basket of deplorables” statement. Leave it to the liberals to point out statistics generally support Hillary – if you take her at her word she’s just spit-balling a percentage. Like 59% think blacks are more violent than whites by their very nature. Media are you okay with that?

Not only does the media gloss over the racism of Trump and the core of his supporters in a desperate attempt to normalize the monster, they ignore how deep the crackpot goes in the minds of The Donald and his sub-genius followers. The whacko conspiracy theories raging in conservative land over Hillary’s heath have been allowed to fester as the media played the ‘if there’s smoke there must be a fire’ game and swallowed the premise while ignoring the source.
I love the “Dave” analogy. But I’d take the stupidity of that observation by a local newsy a bit further. “Dave” might be a wholly fictional movie about a body double but in reality – a world foreign to right-wingers – Kevin Kline played both Dave Kovic and President William (Bill) Harrison Mitchell. A bit easier to pull the switch off when the body double is the same person, eh? ;^)
Back to reality. It’s sad it takes a comedian to out Fox News for all their idiotic speculation Hillary is going to drop out of the race. The media should be exposing their unadulterated bulls—t. If the media didn’t normalize Fox but attacked them when they get out of line it would force Fox to either straighten up and actually become an actual news organization or admit to the world they’re a right-wing propaganda factory feeding fanboys info-tainment.

Ya know, I kinda like it that Hillary is like a tank rolling across the battlefield. The Donald has had a free ride so far. No more.
