Van Susteren Rescues Palin From Saying She'd Like To Lynch Sandusky

Is there a single Republican presidential candidate out there who is interested in the advice of Sarah Palin? I doubt it. I have yet to hear any of them even mention her name. But don’t worry, Sarah. You’ll always have Greta Van Susteren. She trotted out Palin for more than 16 minutes to offer her special brand of insight into each candidacy. Later, Van Susteren "corrected" Palin when she indicated she'd like to lynch former coach Jerry Sandusky.

Greta Van Susteren To Herman Cain: You Were Almost Like A Stalker

There were two takeaway moments in Greta Van Susteren’s very lengthy interview with Gloria Cain tonight: The first takeaway moment was Mrs. Cain’s less than enthusiastic, not exactly unqualified, “I think he would” in response to Van Susteren asking if Herman Cain would be a good president. Later, after Gloria Cain detailed Herman’s dogged pursuit of her when she was not interested in him, Van Susteren said to Cain, “You’re almost like a stalker to her.” I have a feeling Van Susteren would prefer to take that comment back.

Fox’s John Bolton: The Arab States Will Be “Very Happy” If Israel Bombs Iran

While the media has been focusing on Herman Cain and Rick Perry, Fox News chickenhawks are salivating again to bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb Iran. Last week (11/7/11), former U.N. Ambassador and Fox News contributor John Bolton not only argued that the situation is so urgent that military action should have already been taken, he announced that the Arab States will be “very happy” once it does. Hmmm, didn’t we hear something similar in the run up to the invasion of Iraq? Host Greta Van Susteren didn’t seem to notice.

Perry Gets A Debate Do-Over From Fox

Rick Perry was on Fox News at least three times yesterday doing damage control over his debate debacle the night before. He appeared on Fox & Friends, America Live and capped off his Fox News trifecta with a 16-minute segment on On The Record. On the two later shows, Perry probably got more time to expound on his campaign platform than he ever would have gotten in the debate.

No Questions For Cain About Sexual Harassment!

Herman Cain appeared on On The Record with Greta Van Susteren tonight for an interview following the GOP candidates' debate. Yet host Greta Van Susteren didn't ask a single question about the mushrooming sexual harassment scandal dogging him. You'd think that the woman who was so outraged over Bill Maher "degrading" a woman (Sarah Palin) by calling her a "dumb twat," and who tore apart her own colleague, Tucker Carlson, for printing Mike Tyson's sexually violent comments about a woman (Sarah Palin) would have at least some concern about the growing body of evidence that a presidential candidate may be a sexual predator. But apparently not. Van Susteren didn't even ask Cain about his remark calling Minority Leader and former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, "Princess Nancy." But maybe it's only when Palin gets degraded that Van Susteren objects.
