Cruz will never be president. I was hoping to see Bush get past him too. But this does show what we all knew about Rubio – that he would quickly fade.
Eyes is correct that Fox News is desperately trying to push Sanders, even to the point of trying nonsense that Clinton is “in serious trouble”. Riiiight. She won Iowa, and will win the next several primaries/caucuses plus Super Tuesday. What will they say then? That she had a huge comeback? Or that everyone knew she would win those races? We’ve known for two months that Sanders would easily win New Hampshire. Clinton knew too – that’s why she conceded early and moved on to the next race, where she will easily move past Sanders.
Fox News is simply enjoying a moment to flail at Clinton – this is the moment they wanted in Iowa and were denied. They should enjoy it while they can (and they’ll have a week to talk about how horrible she’s doing before she wins the Nevada caucuses and the South Carolina primary. Then they’ll bury the story instead and try to emphasize what delegates Bernie ekes out of those states. After Super Tuesday, it’s over for Bernie.
On the other hand, it looks like Chris Christie is admitting his failure today. As said before, Fiorina, Carson and Gilmore will also be out this week if they have any sense. After Super Tuesday, the GOP race should be down to 3 candidates at most. I don’t expect Rubio to make it past that point. I’m also watching to see if Cruz implodes by then – the fact that he was using Nixonian dirty tricks to take Iowa will not help him in a multi-state extravaganza.

Ugh, I was hoping Creepy Cruz would do worse. I think he’s the most dangerous of all the Republican candidates. Glad to see Bernie Sandwich was able to cut the mustard and win.

Enjoying thoroughly fair and balanced expert post-primary “Fox & Friends” coverage (gag). 😝
Steve Doocy is outraged our liberal media is not gushing over Trump’s victory. To proved his point of Fox News’ clear nonpartisanship, in the same segment he played his interview of Trump where he sucked The Donald’s foreskin off. 👍
The “F&F” Hillary haters continue their 100% Clinton smears while largely treating Bernie with kid gloves because they know he’s the Progressives’ Great White Dope who will get slaughtered in a general election. If he gets the nomination he’ll quickly get the Hillary treatment or worse.
Pardon me. Need to vomit. 😝

Wow! New Hampshire is like biting into a s—t sandwich. If these two wieners…errrr…winners become our nominees I’ll have to stay home for the first time in 39 years. I couldn’t live with myself pulling the lever. 😳

On the GOP side, I expect that Carson, Fiorina and Gilmore will admit failure this week. None has any chance of going any farther. The others get a little more interesting. Bush has a LOT of money behind him, so I expect him to stay all the way to the convention, in the hope that Trump will falter and that he’ll be able to pick up the pieces. Christie has a potential to raise money but his failures so far have simply shown that he is too damaged of a candidate to do much anymore. Had he run in 2012, that would have been a different story. But this isn’t 2012. I expect Christie to admit failure sometime after South Carolina, when he loses there as well.
The clarifier for the GOP will be Super Tuesday, after which I wouldn’t be surprised to see either Kasich or Rubio or both be forced to back out. And if Cruz runs true to form, he may not get the big boost he’s hoping for – we’ll just have to see how well his games will play across the country. I still believe his real goal is to get his own show on Fox News – but Huckabee’s surrender last week means that is probably off the table, since Huckabee will undoubtedly resume his show in time for the GOP convention this summer. Maybe Cruz could get a show on Glenn Beck’s little network?
For the Democrats, the real race hasn’t quite begun yet. Sanders has done very well for himself in two small races. But he’s unlikely to be able to continue. I find it amusing that people keep trumpeting his performance so far. I think he’s an honorable man, and he’ll give a wonderful speech at the Dem convention, but he’s not going to be the nominee. All the pokes at Hillary Clinton’s campaign will look a bit silly after she picks up steam in Nevada, South Carolina and all the states on Super Tuesday. When all that gets tallied in, the sheer weight of numbers will effectively end the Sanders campaign – a campaign that was always intended as a consciousness raiser more than an actual run to get in the White House.
In the end, we’re likely to see Hillary Clinton pitted against either Donald Trump or a candidate like Jeb Bush (could be Kasich if he’s able to stay in the race). If it’s Bush, the race could be close. If it’s Trump, we could be looking at the biggest electoral catastrophe the GOP has ever endured. And it’s of their own making.

It’s one little state. It is as if Toledo, Ohio gets to decide the presidential race. Calm down, everyone. We have a long way to go.

I think Trump is gonna run the table from here on out. Hillary and Bernie are gonna have to fight it out between South Carolina and super Tuesday. I hope the democrats settle their champion soon. I don’t want to see another marathon like 2008.

It looks like five GOPiggies will have tickets out of New Hampshire. T-Rump, Kasich, Jeb, Desi Rubio and Carnival Cruise. Crispy Cream, Uncle Ben, CarLIE FIBorina and the rest can give us all a break.
Bernie has greatly benefited from a very liberal, all-white electorate in Iowa and New Hampshire. The tide turns now as more representative states conduct their primaries.

As a New Jerseyite, I am thrilled that Christie appears to be tanking. He abandoned NJ after running for his second term as Governor. He moved to New Hampshire (taking our taxpayer funded State Troopers with him as bodyguards), where he has apparently alienated locals with his charming persona just as he did here in NJ.
Hah!
Hah!

It looks like Carson is in last place, at least for now.
