As bad as Juan Williams was about Ferguson on The O’Reilly Factor Wednesday night, he was just that good, maybe even better, on Hannity that same night.
You may recall that while he was guest hosting The O'Reilly Factor, Williams went out of his way to demonize the stepfather of shooting victim Michael Brown. The whole discussion was little more than a pretext to suggest that Brown had it coming.
But later, as a guest on Hannity, Williams forcefully argued that Brown's bad behavior was no excuse for killing him.
On Hannity, Williams was pitted against a team of bigots: There was David Webb, one of Fox News’ regular African American black attackers. In this segment, Webb didn’t just leave it at Officer Darren Wilson was justified in shooting and killing the unarmed Brown. Webb all but suggested Brown deserved to be shot. Webb said, “This is Michael Brown’s fault. Period. End of story. He is a thug. He was someone who committed a crime.”
The other panelist was Bo Dietl who was “merely” very emphatic in his support for Wilson’s killing of Brown. However, Dietl’s bigotry was so hilariously mocked by Stephen Colbert a few weeks ago that nobody who sees it will likely be able to watch Dietl without thinking of it.
As if two-against-one imbalance on the panel wasn't enough Fox News fairness and balance, there was also Fox’s master baiter of race, Hannity.
Watch the two Williams segments from the same night, November 26th, and share your thoughts on the disparity below.
