@ marco: In fairness to Cruz, Mapquest does offer a new map feature to “avoid Donald.” (http://www.mapquest.com/avoidtrump/ )
And there is a #AvoidTrump out there as well.
(And PLEASE. Let this be the LAST time I ever have to be “fair” to Ted Cruz.)

Oh, please “Cris” (if that is indeed your name), give us all a break.
Donald and his flunkies are just showing—once again—how scared he is of a woman who won’t fawn over him. Megyn didn’t do anything to tRump, except ask him some questions that he was too fucking scared to answer. If a guy asked tRump the same questions, he’d have just called the guy a “loser” (tRump’s favorite word) and ignored the answer. But, with a woman, tRump’s going to go the extra mile and show his chauvinist pig side for the world to see.

@ Eyes on Fox: Well, maybe because the FoxNoise audience have other options.
I went to see “The Revenant” yesterday and there were a couple of older white guys that I pegged (pigeon-holed?) as “FoxNoise viewers” and figured they were heading into “13 Hours” (which was playing in the theater across the hallway) but stopped to chat about something. I went in, got settled in, and a few minutes later, I saw those same two guys coming into the same theater I was in (they were later joined by another guy) so I guess I misjudged them. (That, of course, doesn’t mean they hadn’t seen “13 Hours” before or weren’t going to see it later, but still.)
And, there’s also “The Hateful Eight” still playing (when I went and saw it, there were a few folks I would’ve pegged as “FoxNoise viewers” but there were several African-Americans in the audience).
And, quite honestly, I wouldn’t really be surprised if some (stereo)typical FoxNoise viewers wouldn’t take in “Ride Along 2.” Granted, they might not be the most likely audience but you are talking about a “cop dramedy” (in which the trailers show a pair of Black cops beating up on minorities and foreigners).

I think it was kind of funny in tRump’s distress at how poor widdle Chwistians are having their feelings hurt because people don’t say “Merry Christmas” that in his blast at Obama’s being “committed to Iran” than to Israel, he obviously overlooked the fact that Israel doesn’t celebrate Christmas as a national holiday (da Donald’s going to be mightily peeved if he goes to Israel in December; unless he goes into a specifically Christian-owned business, he’s not going to hear “Merry Christmas” from the majority of people). Israel, after all, is a JEWISH state where Christians (who, incidentally, are mostly Arab by ethnicity—and they tend to use “Allah” when speaking of God) are a distinct minority.
Mr tRump might also want to consider that, as a minority religion in Israel, Christians have to seek special considerations on a host of issues—from Jewish leaders. But, for some odd reason, you never hear Israeli Christians (again, who are mostly ethnic Arabs) complaining—much less whining (as their American counterparts are so wont to do)—over being “persecuted.”

Well, to reiterate something that mj pointed out, Haley is an elected official; she CAN’T be “fired” by anyone (as so many pointed out regarding Cow Kim Davis during her little “I won’t do my job but I still expect to be paid my full salary, even if I’m behind bars” rant last summer).
Furthermore, Haley is in her second permitted term of office as Governor, so she can’t run for re-election (well, not in 2018, at least; South Carolina allows governors to serve as many terms as long as they don’t serve more than two consecutive terms; so she’d be free to run again in 2022).
And, as “Judge” Pirro isn’t a resident of South Carolina (and, presumably she doesn’t vote in South Carolina), she really has no say in Haley’s job status.
One final point—Pirro might want to remember that she works for the “fair and balanced” network. She should at least maintain a semblance of impartiality with regards to the Republicon nomination. After all, if her buddy tRump isn’t the GOP nominee, she might find the actual nominee a little less than eager to give her the time of day—much less appear as a guest on her show. (And who knows? He—and we’ll just go out on a limb and say it’s going to be a “he”—might decide to use HIS status as the GOP candidate to see if the GOP network might not do a little “house cleaning” and remove Pirro from the network.)

That one woman who said she has a “right” to her opinion without being labelled something is so incredibly oblivious to the world.
She would deny ANOTHER PERSON’S “right” to an opinion of HER because SHE gets offended by the “label.”
Hey, hon, here’s a bit of news for you. If you don’t like being called a racist, then you might just want to withhold saying racist crap. But, if you insist on the “right” to spew racist garbage, then you need to accept it’s another person’s “right” to call you a bigot.
Free speech: It’s not just for butthurt white people anymore.

Well, I guess God needs to get busy to show His “Chosen People” that He hasn’t forgotten them. We don’t really get to see too many “Magen David” (Star/Shield of David) being formed by tricks of light or natural phenomenon.
And, I’d just LOOOOOOVE to ask Ms Kooiman if this little bit of “God’s handiwork” might not be just a bit underwhelming. I mean, every month, “God’s handiwork” can be seen just by looking up at a clear night sky. It’s commonly called a “crescent moon”—you know, one of the symbols of Islam. Maybe God just like the Muslims better.

“We won’t go soft on Cavuto when it comes to bias, distortion or spin. But on a human level, you’ve got to feel for this guy and cheer him on, eh?”
No, Ellen, no we don’t. When he shows US a little measure that HE is actually human, then maybe—just maybe—I’ll “feel for this guy and cheer him on.” I don’t care one bit that the man’s “suffering” from any illness; he doesn’t allow the slightest empathy to color his worldview, so I’m going to offer him just as much empathy as he shows to others.
We’ve lost far too many people who were TRULY WORTHY of our respect (David Bowie and Natalie Cole, just to name a couple) to waste a single tear on Cavuto.
Sorry if that’s cold, but I really don’t care. Just be thankful I’m not expressing my real feelings towards Cavuto.

David, I see you’ve forgotten an incident that took place Before Dubya had completed his first 90 days in office: The Hainan Incident.
As described at Wikipedia, Dubya authorized a letter to be delivered by then Ambassador Prueher to Chinese Foreign Minister Tang stating that the US was “very sorry” for the death of a Chinese pilot during the incident and “very sorry” for entering Chinese airspace. Of course, the Administration claimed it wasn’t really a letter of apology but one of regret and sorrow.

I can’t find anything that describes how FoxNoise covered the incident (knowing the propagandists there, they probably scrubbed it as soon as it became “inconvenient” for their agenda).

I’m waiting for Megyn to complain that Jim Jordan, a US Representative from Ohio, would “cave in” to a “request” from the right-wing hate group, Family Research Council, to provide tickets for the Holy Heifer herself, Kim Davis, and her shyster attorney, Mat Staver, to the State of the Union.
Now, bear in mind that Davis is from Kentucky, not Ohio. And that Jordan’s district has NO direct physical, geographical connection to Davis’s Rowan County (in fact, Rowan County doesn’t even border the State of Ohio at all). So, one has to wonder why Davis would be the “guest” (and Jordan denies that he actually “invited” Davis—all he admits is giving away the tickets, but “po-tay-to, po-tah-to”) of a Congressman who’s not from her own state? Perhaps, her own Republican Congressman (Hal Rogers, KY-5) was too embarrassed to be seen with her, and none of the other Republican Congressional delegates (4 other Representatives plus 2 US Senators) wanted to be seen with her either.

@ Rob: “Qualifications”? Who needs “qualifications” to work for FoxNoise? As long as she follows the daily script without question, that’s all the “qualifications” she (or anyone working at FoxNoise) could possibly need.
In fact, the “without question” is absolutely vital. After all, the FoxNoise model comes from “1984.” Today, it’s “We’re at war with Eurasia; we’ve always been at was with Eurasia.” Tomorrow, it’s “We’re at war with Eastasia; we’ve always been at war with Eastasia.” Except, of course, when it comes to anything related to Obama—then, it’s always “Obama, bad; Obama’s words and plans, worse.”

Unlike O’Reilly, I’m not surprised that Will has offered no “solutions” to any of the “problems” mentioned. I recognize that Will is not an elected official, so any “solutions” he might offer are, quite literally, worth no more than the paper on which they appear.
As to the “Republican establishment,” let’s remember that (at present) THREE of the GOP candidates running for the GOP nomination are current Senators (Paul, Rubio and Cruz) and, as such, they ARE in a position to offer some sort of solutions. Unfortunately, not one of them has presented any sort of real solution to any of the “problems” because they’re too busy grandstanding and preventing any work from being done (threatening to shut down the government is really going to solve the immigration problem and defeat ISIL because INS agents, border patrol agents and the military don’t really care about getting paid—unlike the Senators, regular government “employees” get paid for when they work; the last government shutdown, the public learned it literally takes an act of Congress to allow the members to refuse their salaries—they can, of course, donate any or all of their salary to charities, etc, but their pay cannot be withheld for any reason). Of course, none of those three candidates considers himself to be part of the “establishment” but, unfortunately for them, being in Congress MAKES them the “establishment”—regardless of how they may feel. But theircultists followers are willing to let themselves be deluded into believing they’re not “establishment.”
One final thought: It’s funny that O’Reilly would attack Will for being part of the “GOP establishment” when his own network hasn’t found a GOPer that it does NOT fawn over (for a while, at least). They got solidly behind McCain in 2008 and Romney in 2012 (and that was after 8 years of the network’s talking heads basically having their proverbial tongues buried deep inside Bush and Cheney’s rectums). For O’Reilly to continually harp about how much of a success FoxNoise is in terms of ratings, it’s hard for anyone with a brain (even a single functioning brain cell) to believe that FoxNoise isn’t as much a part of the GOP “establishment” as O’Reilly accuses Will of being.

You just know that if a Democrat were to be running with a campaign slogan of “Make America great again” (presumably after years of a GOP President) that FoxNoise and its talking heads would be in a shark-like feeding frenzy calling for the Democrat’s head on a silver platter for daring to suggest that America wasn’t currently “great.”
Of course, a GOPer can suggest that America’s not in that great a shape (because, you know, Black, secret Muslim President) and get feted by the “fair and balanced” network.
