Van Susteren Rescues Palin From Saying She'd Like To Lynch Sandusky
Is there a single Republican presidential candidate out there who is interested in the advice of Sarah Palin? I doubt it. I have yet to hear any of them even mention her name. But don’t worry, Sarah. You’ll always have Greta Van Susteren. She trotted out Palin for more than 16 minutes to offer her special brand of insight into each candidacy. Later, Van Susteren "corrected" Palin when she indicated she'd like to lynch former coach Jerry Sandusky.

It’s Muslim Vs Muslim On Fox And Friends And Muslims Lose
The Foxy Friends at Fox and Friends shouldn’t play poker. That’s because they have “tells” which are far too broad to be ignored. Here’s one: Whenever they utter the words “a fair and balanced debate,” go all in. It’s a sure bet that what’s coming will be the exact opposite. [In fact, that’s a pretty good tell for the entire network in general.] That’s exactly how Brain Brian Kilmeade set up yesterday’s debate between two Muslims to tear each other apart. Surprise! It was over the very same Catholic University/Muslim Controversy that Fox “News” has been hammering home all week. However, Kilmeade seemed to forget that he’s supposed to—at the very least—pretend to be “fair and balanced” while he’s actually saying the words “fair and balanced.” Instead he telegraphed his (the networks?) bias from the get-go. Eric Bolling: Fox's New Conspiracy Theorist
When Fox “News” unceremoniously dumped Glen Beck, conspiracy nuts across the planet not only mourned his loss, but actually spun it into their web of conspiracy theories: authorities needed to silence The Beckinator because he was getting too close to the truth. With Beck off cable, where could nut jobs go to get their [free] daily adult requirement of conspiracy theories? Not everyone is flush enough to fork over whatever crazy amount it costs to subscribe Beck’s webalicious GB[L]TV. Genius that he is, Eric Bolling has recognized that fact and has sought to fill the gap by spewing one whacked out conspiracy theory after another. Hardeep Dhillon of Media Matters makes that very point in an article titled, “Bolling Uses Obama's Support Of Israel To Claim He Doesn't Support Israel.” According to Dhillon:

My Cross To Bear – An Annotated Segment Of The Five – A Rant By Aunty Em
Whenever we News Hounds, working behind the scenes to divide the labor, encounter another one of those Fox “News” “Defending the Good Christian Cross” segments, I am always happy to let Priscilla do it. It’s not out of laziness, but because she has grounding in the religion that I—born Jewish just like Jesus—simply don’t have. She can not only quote the New Testament, but she also has an understanding of the culture that I cannot even begin to pretend to fathom. Finally: I always learn something about Christianity from her religion posts and even more about Fox “News.” However, when The Five recently did a segment on That Old Rugged Cross at Ground Zero, I knew it was time to put down a few of my thoughts on the topic. Everyone put on your flame-retardant underwear and stand back, because I’m taking special dispensation (isn’t that a religious concept?) to editorialize from my particular point of view. These comments are my own and do not reflect the opinion of News Hounds, or anyone else who writes here.

The Five At Five: Mosques on the Hudson
Caught up with The Five again yesterday and I have to admit my editor Ellen is right: It’s The View, with testosterone. I’d add: the rotating hosts are like a barnstorming Minor League Team, all hoping to one day appear in The Show—nothing fancy, of course, but something with their name in the title. I don’t know what turned my stomach the most about this segment, the fact that no one stuck up for the rights of Muslims to build whatever they wanted, wherever they wanted, unconditionally; or the dinnertime discussion of bone fragments scattered from here, to here, to here.
