Monica Crowley: Americans Are Sick Of Attack Politics (But Pay No Attention To My Record Of Attack Politics)
Monica Crowley appeared on Hannity last Wednesday (11/9/11) and did her part to defend Herman Cain by attacking the so-called liberal media for having the nerve to ask him a debate question about allegations of sexual harassment against him – as if she wouldn’t be up in arms if a moderator had failed to ask the same question of a liberal candidate had he or she been in that position. Crowley said smugly, “At large, the American people are sick of political correctness and they’re sick of attack politics.” Oh, really? Then I’m looking forward to a new and improved Monica Crowley. Because the one I know has always reveled in attack politics.

Bill Hemmer Thinks Rep. Joe Walsh's Freak Out Was Awesome?
As I reported yesterday, GOP Rep. and "deadbeat dad" Joe Walsh freaked out during a casual get together ("cup of Joe") with his constituents at a bar and grill. Now that this video has gone viral and has been featured on other networks, Joe is making appearances on Fox News so that he can joke about how his inappropriate behavior was the result of not having eaten. He was on Neil Cavuto's show yesterday and he and Neil joked about how Walsh should drink de-caf coffee. And today, he and alleged "news" host, Bill Hemmer, had lots of laughs about Walsh's bizarre and offensive treatment of his constituents. And in the process, Walsh got to clarify GOP talking points without interruptions from those troublemaking (that's how Fox Nation described them!) constituents. It was Republican rehab at its finest.

GOP Rep. Freaks Out - Fox Nation Claims Calm Constituent Was "Troublemaker"
Fox Nation had no problem with good, ole Merkin teabaggers who screamed incoherently during town hall meetings. Flash forward to a recent Q& A session, held at a local restaurant, hosted by GOP Illinois congressman Joe Walsh who is such a fine paragon of conservative, Christian "family values" that he owes his wife lots of money in back child support. And because he's such an example of manly Christian responsibility, he received an accolade from the hate group "Family Research Council." Anyway, during the casual meet and greet, Walsh's constituents asked him questions in a calm and rational manner. Walsh's response - not so much! In fact, he had a total freak out about how these folks shouldn't blame the banks for causing the foreclosure crisis. There is video to show that Walsh overreacted to questioning that was not innappropriate. Yet, Fox Nation's headline is "Tea Party Rep. Blows Gasket At Town Hall Troublemaker..." First, it wasn't a "town hall." Second, "trouble maker" is wildly unsubstantiated and off the mark. It's funny. There is video available one of which is Martha MacCallum's coverage of Walsh's apoplexy. There is another video of the entire session. Neither were posted on Fox Nation. "Fair & Balanced?" You Bet!

Bill O'Reilly Raps Religion With Dennis Miller
Not only is Bill O'Reilly looking out for you; but he's looking out for God. While he used to be obsessed with Miley Cyrus, he's now obsessed with God. "The Factor," of late, has been a place for theological exegesis where God loving Bill can "kick" atheist "butt" and do his best "Summa Theologica" with his fellow God loving travelers one of whom, he thought, was Dennis Miller. But sadly, for Bill, Catholic soul bro and washed up comedian Miller didn't quite provide the affirmation that Bill was looking for. But not to worry - Bill, once again, validated his own devout Catholicism which we should never question given that Bill is such an exemplary example of a man who truly lives his faith.

Peter Johnson Claims Occupy Movement Is Unacceptable
The “Fear and Balanced Network,” aka The Fox “News” Channel, seems happiest when its personalities are able to instill fear in its audience. Among the Fear and Balanced things you should fear include, but are not limited to, Muslims; labor unions; The Phony Wars on Christmas and Halloween; Immigrants, especially the undocumented kind; creeping Socialism; creeping Sharia Law; the creeping President of the United States of ‘Merka; and Black ‘Merkins in general that are neither president, nor Herman Cain. However, judging by the sheer amount of airtime devoted to it in such a short period of time—not to mention the over-the-top demagoguery—the thing Fox “News” wants its viewers to fear the most these days is the Occupy Wall Street Movement. Seeming to be leading the Fox pitchfork crowd are Eric Bolling and Peter Johnson, Jr., both of whom go farther in their condemnation of OWS than other Fox “News” readers. Therefore, it was a glorious two-fer Friday when Eric Bolling (filling in on Fox and Friends for one of the blonde Foxy Friends) hosted the Knight of Malta, Peter Johnston, Jr.
