Franklin Graham has a message for Muslims: Just convert to Christianity and everyone’s problems will be solved! This is what passes for credibility on terrorism on the Fox News Channel.
Graham was part of a three-person panel purporting to discuss terrorism but was really another thinly-disguised pretext to attack President Obama for not using the word “Islamic” when he refers to terrorism threats – and to scare us into thinking we’re all gonna die like Charlie Hebdo cartoonists as a result.
Graham ignored the hate mongering going on under his nose. It included such vile accusations as guest Jay Sekulow (who apparently never spent a minute in the military or intelligence) accusing Obama of “sending a signal not only of weakness but of lack of concern” to our enemy. How does Sekulow know? Apparently, it’s all because Obama doesn’t use the word “Islamic” when referring to terrorism.
“There are a lot of people that are concerned right now we could have an unbelievable eruption of (terrorism) in Europe. Believe me, the United States would not be far behind,” Sekulow warned. He never mentioned who those people are. “We don’t have two years to deal with this situation… Frankly we don’t have two months,” he later fear mongered.
The other guest, Deroy Murdock, worked in a reference to Benghazi and revived the phony accusation that Obama missed more than half his presidential daily briefing meetings - without noting that presidents have often preferred written daily intelligence briefings over oral ones. Murdock topped it all off by accusing Obama of having “a profound unseriousness, I would say even a juvenile nature to this president” and that he’s “not sufficiently focused on his job.”
Graham objected to none of that talk. And it’s not surprising. Graham is a birther who has remarked that President Obama is a Muslim under Islamic law and may secretly be a Muslim, himself.
But Graham was allowed to sermonize and make a blatant pitch for Muslims to convert:
GRAHAM: Islam is not a religion of peace and there’s nothing in its history that gives proof to peace. It’s a very violent form of faith. But Sean, I want people to know, the Muslims to know that in their heart, they can put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ. I’m not asking them to go out openly and denounce Islam, I’m talking about they can do this quietly in their heart. And just say, “God, I believe in you and I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins and I want to invite him to come into my heart and I want his forgiveness and I want him to transform my life. But they don’t have to go out and tell their Muslim family what they have done because they’ll be killed.
Graham dubiously claimed that “89 percent of the Islamic world believe that if you change your faith from Islam to anything else, that should be the death penalty.”
However, they can convert quietly, Graham said, “and have that assurance that their sins are forgiven and that they can spend eternity in heaven and they don’t have to die in some jihad to please God.”

In reality, both religions are equally fucked-up and violent, and nothing but an excuse to hate for those who really need to hate.
His big charity, Samaritan’s Purse, does some very good work abroad in places like Ebola-ridden countries of Africa, but I’d personally have to be on death’s door to be willing to have anything to do with them. Franklin apparently thinks that his “good works” with his charity give him free rein to otherwise preach hate.
These cafeteria Catholics at this worthless “news” network are loaded with sins, but that doesn’t concern Graham as long as this “prophet” gets free air time. He and others like him look the other way. Perhaps he should convert himself because he’s not a christian, just like that phony “Father” Morris. He knows full well about the twisted lifestyles of these frauds. He turns a blind eye.
NOTE TO GRAHAM
Since you call yourself a “christian” let us educate you about your “friend.”
You know the verses, 1 Corinthians 15:33 and Proverbs 22:24-25.
A true Christian would avoid people like him and not be attracted to his money. But to you, receiving money is more important than the “Word.”
You are an insult to the religion.
