It was another banner week for people who wrote to us thinking we're Fox News. Not surprisingly, much of the mail was about ObamaCare, aka The Affordable Care Act. But racially tinged comments about Richie Incognito and advice for Republicans were also in our inbox. Plus one I don't have the faintest idea what the subject was. So if you're curious to know what Fox News viewers say when they think they're communicating with their favorite network, take a peek...

Thanks for the coverage. Fantastic! However I hope you guys can add to your coverage about" Incognito". Just months ago we had a young lady say on national T. V. that all men are called "Nigga". Absolutely no one made an attempt to correct this. From T. V. news to the President. (Surprised we didn't hear anything from Al Sharpton) I don't condone the use of this word because I know it hurts many of every race. Please let me note my family hears that word practically everyday of our lives. I guess you have to get use to it.( my house borders a basketball court)
No subject
'IF EVEN YOU FOLKS SO APPROVE OF 'MYRLEY C. 'THEN STAND UP FOR YOUR PRINCIPLES AND 'DO NOT KEEP SHOWING HER OBCENE ACTIVITIES'! YES I AM UPSET WITH YOU---OF ALL NEWS SHOWS TO KEEP IT ALIVE I REALLY THOUGHT YOU CARED ABOUT YOUR T V WATCHERS!!!!
Subject: Better plan?
Just listened to professor on Megan Kelly and still angered by Obama rhetoric... PLEASE stop allowing the obamacare proponents say that my plan was canceled because it wasn't as good as those on exchanges/
obamacare. My plan was a Cadillac plan and half the cost!!! Maybe you could do a news show comparing obamacare plans vs. those that were cancelled like my anthem bc/bs hsa in CT.
This same woman wrote again that same day.
Subject: CT cancellations
Anthem cancelled somewhere between 50-75k plans in CT. I wish you could add that to your map.
Also, anthem was essentially forced by CT to be one of providers in the exchange by the state dept of insurance. (Anthem was told they would no longer hold the insurance contract for state employees, if they did not provide insurance on exchange.) I do think this had something to do with cancellation of individual insurance policies in the state by anthem.
Then she wrote again that day with this charming note:
Subject: B.O.
B.O. = Body Odor, or Barack Obama....both stink.
This person received a mass email from the White House about the economy.
Subject: Fwd: Here's an update on the economy, in three charts:
On a mailing list for whitehouse.gov. They're ways sending me this stuff. Unfortunately for them they have no credibility anymore. I don't know if you can decipher this and tell me if it's even true.
Subject: More Obamacare Lies
To my Friends at FOX News,
The Insurance policy I have had for 12 years is being cancelled because of the ACA, as they stated in the letter to me. I went and applied for a new policy through my state’s(Nevada) health care link and submitted an application and it was rejected because I had too many pre-existing conditions. The sent me a letter saying that you are awarded debit points for each condition, like medication, smoking, arthritis, fiber myalgia, ect., and that I had too many debit points to qualify. Were we not told that you could not be rejected for pre-existing conditions????? By the way, I did not have these conditions until after my current policy was first purchased 12 years ago, and I applied to the same company for a new plan, so I could keep my doctors, and got rejected. What else has the President lied to us about with this new healthcare law. Affordable Care Act my behind! It should of been called, Kill All People with Medical Problems So We Can Save Money Act. I have the letters showing the cancellation and the reason as well as the rejection letter and why I was rejected, in case you would like me to send you a copy.
Subject: What Republicans Must Do Now
If the Republican Politicians would put together legislation to cover all of those who cannot afford health care they would go a long way toward increasing their credibility and the Americans trust in them. Republican proposals must also cover pre existing conditions and avoid families going bankrupt because of their illnesses.
We’ll be better off without them.
“What Republicans Must Do Now” must have not read his own letter.
