According to Fox News' own reporting, the primary runoff last night between Senator Thad Cochran and Tea Party insurgent Chris McDaniel was dramatic. Yet Cochran's close win and McDaniel's refusal to concede is nowhere to be seen on Fox Nation. Do you think it might have to do with the fury being expressed by McDaniel that Cochran won at least in part by courting Democratic voters?
Right now, the top story on Fox Nation is a blaring headline, "Mr. President, Where Are Our 5 Million Missing Jobs?" That's right above, "Obama's Economy in Freefall?"
Just to be sure I didn't miss something, I did a search of the page:
Do you think they just don't want to talk about it because the Tea Party is furious and Fox doesn't want to air its own dirty laundry? Or is the GOP network just too busy attacking Obama? For what it's worth, I have not seen any discussion about it on television's Fox News Channel, either. The news is on FoxNews.com - but not exactly highlighted.
Update: McDaniel's name was originally misspelled as "McDaniel."
McDaniel’s being all typical teabagger whiney by blaming Cochran’s win on “liberal Democrats” who voted in the runoff. But I’m not understanding the reasoning behind “racist comments” when the race is between two whiter-than-white candidates.
They certainly don’t like Sistah Harris on Out show. If the suits replaced Sistah with a young blonde bimbo, like Lizzy on Fox and Friends, their ratings would triple.
