Fox’s Jonathan Hoenig: Unions Have Crushed Every Industry

By Brian

On Saturday's Cashin’ In (11/12/11), the topic was Apple training their workers on how to deal with unions. Host Cheryl Casone asked liberal Sally Kohn, "Working at Apple, I mean, is your physical safety threatened? I mean, is that really the right place for a union to be?"

By Brian

On yesterday’s Cost of Freedom Special, guest Art Laffer falsely blamed the recession on the stimulus. Host Neil Cavuto failed to challenge him and remained approving of Laffer throughout.

Fox News "Asks:" Does Harry Reid Have It All Wrong?

By Brian

Last Saturday's Bulls and Bears featured a discussion about Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) saying we need more spending to create federal jobs instead of relying on the private sector. The headline on foxnews.com reeked of bias. "Does Harry Reid have it all wrong?"

Fox Pundit To Rural America: If Privatized Postal Service Doesn’t Work For You, You Can Always Move!

By Brian and Ellen

If ever a Fox News segment proved how elitist those “we like America” Fox Newsies are, it was this segment from Forbes on Fox on Saturday, October 22, 2011. Host David Asman purported to frame it as a discussion about the Postal Service’s financial problems, especially with regard to the unions. But that was really a thinly-disguised excuse to talk up privatization. Asman slyly maneuvered the conversation that way by going immediately after his introduction to panelist Dennis Kneale with the enthusiastic “question:” "Dennis, you say, ‘Shut down the whole post office before taxpayers get stuck with another bailout!'”

Cavuto On Business Panelists Sneer At Electric And Hybrid Cars

By Brian and Ellen

Yesterday (10/15/11), Cavuto on Business discussed Chevy's Spark, a new electric car. Guest Amilya Antonetti pretty much set the tone by saying, "They're trying to push this crazy green agenda with something that absolutely not listening to one thing that any American is saying." A statement like that is pretty funny given that her website boasts she is “one of the pioneers of the ‘human and Earth friendly’ movement and champion to bring ‘Green’ mainstream." I guess that’s only when she’s selling her own products, not selling her punditry on Fox News. But in addition to being a hypocrite, she’s kinda, sorta – well, wrong.
