Fox’s Eric Bolling doesn’t just support torture, he apparently thinks it’s anti-American for a journalist to question it in an interview with a former CIA chief.
In his Wake Up America commentary on yesterday’s Cashin’ In, Bolling argued on behalf of torture. Then he took it a step further, by saying, “Brian Williams, you should have your citizenship revoked for asking General Hayden this.”
A clip of Tuesday’s NBC Nightly News followed showing Williams asking Hayden, “What if you, God forbid, members of your family, had to undergo some of the treatments we are reading about in this report?”
Bollng continued, “I’m embarrassed for you (Brian Williams) and for NBC and for those on the right - Senator McCain this goes for you.”
A clip of McCain saying he disputes the use of “these methods” followed.
Unlike McCain, Bolling has never served his country and he certainly doesn’t have McCain’s first-hand knowledge of torture. But Bolling announced, “Senator, stop apologizing for keeping America safe. Those procedures were legal and effective.”
So Bolling loves torture, he wants a journalist's citizenship taken away for asking a tough question of a former government official and he calls a U.S. Senator who valiantly served in the military an “embarrassment.”
Who’s really anti-American here?
