On Your World, Donald Trump said Jeb Bush is “a nervous wreck” who is “very, very unstable.”
In one of at least two appearances on Fox News yesterday (not counting one by his sons), the day before the New Hampshire primaries, Donald Trump appeared on Your World to slam Jeb Bush, Ted Cruz and Michael Bloomberg.
But Trump’s attack on Bush, who has been attacking him, was especially vicious.
Host Neil Cavuto asked, “Are you surprised that Jeb Bush has been coming after you to the degree he has?”
TRUMP: Well, he’s a nervous wreck. I mean, he’s done a terrible job. He spent $120 million out of a super PAC which is, you know, controlled money. It’s all special interest and lobbyist money. He just announced that he doesn’t want super PAC money anymore after wasting it all. And, you know, you have to see him, he’s a nervous wreck, and he’s saying things that are so foolish, and, frankly, he’s in favor of Common Core, he’s weak on immigration, he said - remember the famous “When they come it’s an act of love?” He thought that the Iraq war was a good thing, it took him five days to realize it wasn’t. He’s making a fool out of himself, and he says things that are just lies. He just said Marco Rubio is a dear, dear friend of his. He said that I, Donald Trump, am a totally gifted politician. I said, really that’s nice, I’m a gifted politician. I don’t know if he meant that in a good way or a bad way to be honest with you. But, he’s very, very unstable.
Cavuto did not challenge Trump’s over-the-top innuendo.
