@ez – then shame on them for jumping the gun too. I can only comment on Kelly’s/FOX’s irresponsible reporting (as I don’t watch CNN anymore). However, I gotta chuckle a little bit that, despite Kelly’s getting ahead of the story in order to get the announcement of an arrest out there quickly, FOX came in 2nd to CNN. LOL! A pox on both their houses. :-]

Between Kelly, BOR and others from the right who themselves took to politicizing what happened in Boston (with some of the earliest I heard being conservatives who attacked Obama because he didn’t immediately use the phrase “an act of terrorism”), hearing Kelly play up the idea that it’s the other side doing the politicizing screams of her lack of self-awareness and honesty. And not only did she conveniently overlook those at her own network who were politicizing Boston, she definitely has a biased mindset for someone who is supposed to be doing straight news. Her regular segments with Stirewalt are a joke. They both always find a way to highlight the negative about Obama/Dems and rarely cast a critical eye at the right.

And, with regards to politicizing Boston, in a continuation of the very selective style of reporting that FOX “news” does, Varney was on F&F this morning pointing fingers at Dem. Steny Hoyer. The 3 stooges and Varney were outraged that Hoyer would politicize Boston by bringing up the possible effects of the sequestration on security issues (even while admitting that they didn’t know if what Hoyer said was true or not).

But most telling was that not a word was said by any of them about how BOR and others on the right have moved to politicize the bombings – nah, in the bizarro world of FOX “news”, it’s only the left that goes political during such tragedies. I seriously do not understand how anyone can believe that FOX “news” is “fair & balanced” in their coverage.

So BOR thinks that if the GOP would just get on board with immigration reform, the Hispanic voters will simply overlook all his (and other conservative yappers’) derogatory insinuations that they are lazy moochers who only vote for Dems because they want free stuff? Geez.

It’s always rather entertaining when BOR tries to save the GOP from themselves — only to reveal his own inner bigotry and right-wing partisanship. To Antoinette’s comment about tonight’s Hannity…

Yep, on F&F this morning, I saw a promo for tonight’s Hannity. Hannity said, “There’s no freedom of speech for black conservatives right now in America”. The promo continues on by saying, “What’s behind the liberal backlash and how are these conservatives fighting back?” The promo shows a studio audience full of African-Americans (presumably all conservatives) and then a clip of Carson saying that he doesn’t plan on going anywhere. The promo finishes up by saying that Sean is going to give insight that every American needs to hear.

No, Hannity, you overly-hyperbolic dumbass, they absolutely have freedom of speech. No one has taken that right away from them. It’s just that when they say something stupid, untrue and/or bigoted, the opposition side also has the freedom speech to call them out. What don’t you get about that, Hannity? Gawd, I’m so sick of the bogus FOX “news” rhetoric that their side’s freedom of speech has been taken away.

Btw, Margaret Thatcher has died. RIP. FOX “news” is making use of her death to show us numerous shots of their hero, St. Ronnie. I get it that naturally some photos/videos of Reagan are going to show up in a discussion about Thatcher – however, during one F&F segment they showed at least 44 photos/videos of Thatcher but managed to slip in at least 22 photos/videos of Reagan. Geez.

F&F’s right-wing, cheerleading captain bitching about another organization’s supposed “cheerleading”? Geez, it’s amazing how Daddy Douchey always seems to miss the hypocritical irony of most everything that comes out of his mouth.

Speaking at a Christian university? Oh puh-leez, BOR, this is about you selling your soon to be released “Killing Jesus” book. The Christian population is a target demographic for the book and they would be incredibly naive if they think that BOR is speaking to them for any other reason. Geez, the Denver Post really did get under BOR’s skin! LOL! Poor BOR keeps getting it wrong and has now reached the point where he’s making a fool of himself over this. And just like there was absolutely no reason for him to mention that the CO Speaker is gay (even Goldberg told him that he shouldn’t have even said anything about it), there is also no reason for BOR to show a photo of the Post’s editor. Knowing what he looks like adds nothing to the story at all (other than to serve as a dog whistle).

As far as BOR’s mocking tone, that’s just BOR trying to steal a page from Stewart and Colbert. If there’s one thing I picked up from listening to BOR’s now defunct radio show, it is that he despises the fact that they have become relevant in the political/media critique scene because of their humor/mocking. As Stewart and Colbert have proven, humor works and BOR has realized that which explains why he has Miller, Gutfeld and McGuirk on as a regular guests even if their (and BOR’s) humor is rather lame and often nothing more than just mean.

And “Pinhead of the Week”? Really? Come on, BOR, you’ve done that pinhead thing to death. Can’t you come up with any better insult than that? Not only is BOR challenged when it comes to facts, it would seem he’s also creatively challenged. Bwaaah!

Bwaaah! What a dishonest fraud this Crowder punk has turned out to be. Punched in the face and all he got out of it was the loss of his credibility. LOL! As per Gawker, so far, Crowder has not responded when asked to comment on the decision not to prosecute. Just wondering – can Crowder be charged with trying to bring false charges and/or originally presenting edited video as actual evidence?

Well, I guess I’m not really surprised at this outcome as there was definitely something very suspicious about the way his video “evidence” was edited. That’s what he gets for attempting such a duplicitous O’Keefe-esque stunt. Gawd, I can’t stop laughing.
