ColorOfChange.org has a petition demanding that Fox News chief Roger Ailes be fired when Rupert Murdoch's sons take over the parent company July 1.
For those not familiar with the organization, ColorOfChange.org strives "to make government more responsive to the concerns of Black Americans and to bring about positive political and social change for everyone."
We have long documented Fox News' shocking race baiting. For ColorOfChange, Fox's handling of the Charleston shooting was, apparently, the last straw.
ColorOfChange.org says about its campaign for Ailes' firing:
It is absolutely time for a change. As long as Fox News remains under the direction of Roger Ailes, FOX will continue to ignore the blatant racism and oppression we face and will continue to contribute to the right-wing extremism that has made Black communities throughout the country targets of violence.
Demand that incoming CEO James Murdoch fire Roger Ailes from his position as head of FOX News, and install a someone capable of turning FOX News into a reputable news network.
You can sign the petition here.

The Murdoch brothers know this clown is in poor health. They must replace him with someone younger who will change the direction of Fox “News” Channel.
The new president of Fox “News” Channel has the authority to replace Hannocchio and Billy with younger hosts. They are too old to bring in younger viewers, an important demo for advertisers.
The Murdochs will most likely let his contract expire. That gives them time to find a qualified replacement.
Of course, Color of Change has hit FoxNoise in the past with limited success (they were somewhat successful with Glenn Beck although it took two years from their initial campaign against Beck before he was “released” from FoxNoise) so I don’t really foresee anything happening here.
The sponsors need to be hit where it hurts before any network makes significant changes to its operations or staff. And considering how insular the network is now, it’s not likely that it’s going to change for a “bunch of outsiders”—no matter how those “outsiders” are affected by the network’s propaganda.
