Fox News got more than it bargained for when someone thought it would be a good idea to tag Chrissy Teigen in a tweet.
.@chrissyteigen speaks out against @united for banning girls from boarding their flight because they wore leggings. https://t.co/MfJossREO7 pic.twitter.com/h38GMWJL2B

Leslie Salzillo wrote on Daily Kos:
‘Reporting’ on the story about United Airlines allegedly kicking two girls off a plane for wearing leggings, Fox tagged Teigen with a “rock-the-dot” mention so the world could assume they were BFFs with the celebrity.
If looking like BFFs with Teigen was Fox's plan, it backfired big league, as one of the network's real BFFs might say.
@FoxNews I respectfully ask you please don't ever tag me in anything, ever. Words cannot explain how much I detest you.

Nothing warms my NewsHounds' heart like someone calling out the malicious poison that spews from Fox in the name of news.
Correction: Teigen's reply tweet had not been included in this post originally.
So I’m watching Vice News on HBO last night detailing drought in Somalia. I hearing this for the first time and it’s a story completely ignored by the msm best I can tell. Children by the many thousands forced to drink contaminated water or die of dehydration. A reporter visiting 1 of 2 clinics treating children laying their beds totally despondent.
What does our msm media decide to obsess over? Dress code airline bulls—t getting even more attention because celebrities decide it’s the moral cause of the day.
I get why Newshounds covers this because Fox is exploiting celeb good will to pimp a story. I’m always happy to see a sharp stick jabbed in their eye.
Sorry for ranting…
