Cavuto Forgets How Fox News Was Blaming Clinton For Bush’s Problems
Co-authored by Brian
For the second time in three days on Wednesday (2/3/10), Neil Cavuto focused on President Obama referring to the Bush 43 years as a context for where we are today. Cavuto acknowledged to his guest, Douglas Brinkley, presidential historian, that Obama might have “a legitimate case” for “play(ing) the blame game.” But then Cavuto immediately added, ”I just don't think it sounds Presidential."

Cavuto and Giuliani Put Forth GOP Falsehoods About Obama’s SOTU Supreme Court Comments
Co-authored by Brian
Neil Cavuto interviewed former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani on yesterday’s (1/29/10) Your World. One of the topics was President Obama's comments during his State of the Union speech about the Supreme Court's decision lifting restrictions on campaign contributions from corporations. With video.

With video.

Fox News Features Another “Democrat” To Mouth Republican Talking Points
Guest blogged by Brian
Your World with Neil Cavuto dug up another Democrat angry at his party and echoing GOP talking points. On Wednesday (1/20/10), Cavuto spoke with George Piandes, a "lifelong Democrat" who voted for Scott Brown. Rather than focus on what Piandes liked about Brown, Cavuto seemed more interested in what Piandes did not like about Democrats. With video.

Fox News Promo A Blatant Pitch For GOP Senate Candidate
As we have previously noted, Fox News has repeatedly reported on the Massachusetts senate race in ways that just happen to favor the GOP candidate. However, even I was surprised by the blatancy of a Fox News promo that was ostensibly for the Your World show but which announced that "A GOP victory in Massachusetts could save taxpayers nationwide." With video.
