It's good to know that Fox News' Bob Beckel hasn't completely gone over to the other side. On yesterday's The Five, he not only put up a great defense - and offense - on partisan smears and attack ads, but he called out Fox News producers for refusing to let him air Republican ads to prove his point. (H/T Aria)
Kimberly Guilfoyle asked, "Where are your attack ads" to prove that Republicans attack just as much as Democrats?
Beckel replied:
I can't get 'em. ...You know why? ...I have to give 'em verbally because our producers won't put on the Republicans' (attack ads).
Later, Beckel said about the Republican party, "They're a bunch of thugs!"
He also called out Fox News again: "The Alabama State (Republican) party said women (on welfare) who are taking care of their children... ought to go out and do - pick up garbage on the streets. Now, would you put that on the air here? Of course not."
Here's hoping he keeps the fire going.
The overpaid suits spends most of their time in their offices looking at ratings, and having meetings with other staffers and hosts.
There is one female producer who’s not the brightest flashlight in the drawer. And there is this male producer who follows his over-the-hill talent like a puppy in training. This talent always refers him to his last name.
Did we mention that they are paranoid people? If they suspect someone maybe with other media outlets they will say, “Who are you with?” Or, “Where are you from?” They are very protective of their network.
These cafeteria Catholics read News Hounds on a regular basis. Say hello to them.
