Hate Mongers Hannity And Gibson Whine About Harsh Criticism Of George W. Bush
Remember John Gibson's "we need more white babies" editorial? His attacks on Rosie O'Donnell? His tasteless mocking of Heath Ledger hours after his death, among other smears? How about Sean Hannity's relentless smears of President Obama: calling him a radical socialist, accusing him of having a hidden "deep resentment" of America, suggesting he should be investigated by the Department of Homeland Security, and suggesting that an armed uprising against the government may be in order? Two Minutes Of John Gibson Is More Than Enough On FOX Election HQ
The bright and shiny duo, Bill Hemmer and Megyn Kelly, took his time slot and now John Gibson is forced to miss out on the nasty 2008 campaign mud slinging. The change was supposed to be temporary but FNC announced today that America's Election HQ will fill Gibson's slot "indefinitely". Gibson's fate was left hanging. Here's the story from TVNewser.

A Kennedy defends Hillary Clinton on Big Story
First Naomi Wolf ruffled Shepard Smith; today 2/11/08 Kathleen Kennedy Townsend tweaked John Gibson on the Big Story. After he "asked" her (illustrated by one of his notorious graphics) if we are witnessing the "fall of the House of Clinton?" she laughed and made a comment about FOX News.

Gibson Apologizes?
Note: Guest blogged by Priscilla
In the interests of being fair and balanced, I feel it is necessary to report that John Gibson has apologized for his tasteless and otherwise inappropriate remarks about the tragic death of Academy Award nominee Heath Ledger. In last night’s (January 24th) “My Word,” Gibson said he was sorry “that that some gay groups and others took my comments as anti-gay and insensitive.” He concluded his comment with “to anyone offended by my comments, I’m sorry.”
