Laura Ingraham Smears Texas Senator Wendy Davis For Filibustering Anti-Choice Bill
After Texas state senator Wendy Davis successfully filibustered Texas’ radical anti-abortion law, the right wing predictably began sliming her. However, Fox News contributor Laura Ingraham takes the cake. She alternately made the bizarre conclusion that Davis is a hypocrite on the issue because she was a teen mother, and also asked Davis to go to a playground so she can point out which children “shouldn’t be here right now.”

Eric Bolling opened today’s The Five show by “just practicing” his Spanish. It was his way of suggesting that America as we know it will disappear thanks to the immigration reform bill that passed the Senate earlier.
Read moreOn Hannity, Fox Contributor Malkin Offers Help For IRS ‘Whistleblowers’ To Come Forward
On the Hannity show last night, Sean Hannity and Fox News contributor Michelle Malkin ignored the latest developments blowing the GOP scandal to smithereens. Instead, Malkin ratcheted up the hostility by sneering, “All roads lead to Washington D.C. and all fingers, at some point, will lead straight to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.” Then, in a likely attempt to make her far-fetched, baseless dream come true, she urged "whistleblowers" to come forward.
Read moreAinsley Earhardt Gushes Over Pastor's Trip to Heaven
That Fox & Friends has become a bizarre hybrid of the National Enquirer and the 700 Club was made manifest yesterday when Fox bubble headed bleach blonde, Ainsley Earhardt credulously interviewed a Christian pastor who believes that he died in an auto accident, went to heaven, and returned to tell the tale on Fox & Friends. But this wasn't the first time that magical mystery tourists were warmly embraced on Fox & Friends. In 2010, Gretchen Carlson interviewed an 11 year old who went to Christian heaven and met Jesus. After Newtown, she wept while another returnee spoke of his experience. In April, Gretch spoke to a celestial voyager who could smell God. Tuesday, Steve Doocy showcased a Christian boy who not only had angelic visitors during his cancer treatment but was cured of his cancer by Jesus. Never mind tabloids and religious broadcasting. Fox & Friends is rapidly becoming its SNL caricature.
Read moreMark Fuhrman Mansplains Black Teen’s Testimony In Zimmerman Trial
It’s bad enough that Fox has chosen Mark Fuhrman to be one of its primary commenters on the George Zimmerman trial – while neglecting to tell any of its viewers of Fuhrman’s disreputable record on race matters. But this morning, Fox stuck another thumb in the face of African Americans by calling on him to analyze the testimony of Trayvon Martin’s young African American friend, Rachel Jeantel. Even worse, Fuhrman reached across a cultural divide to condescendingly criticize Jeantel’s manner, her words and her credibility in a fashion that could only be described as “mansplaining.”
Read moreBret Baier Links Texas Abortion Bill To Dr. Gosnell
How can Fox News say with a straight face that their flagship "news" program is "fair & balanced" when its host blatantly pushes anti-choice mythology about the origin and substance of a Texas anti-abortion bill. I guess we shouldn't be surprised given that alleged news host Bret Baier has, on other occasions, used his position to promote anti-choice propaganda including the lie that Pres. Obama supports infanticide. He even hosted a Fox documentary about the horrors of Dr. Gosnell's clinic in order to advance the anti-choice meme that what Gosnell did was representative of all abortion clinics. Last night, during a discussion of Texas state senator Wendy Long's amazing filibuster, Baier and right wing journalist Steve Hayes managed to misrepresent the draconian anti-abortion bill and - ready for it - throw Gosnell into the mix. Fox News - "fair & balanced" as always!
Read moreFox Psychiatrist Ablow Cites Unabomber To Attack Liberals As ‘Psychologically Disordered’
Fox’s crackpot psychiatrist once again is looking like he could use a good shrink. In a FoxNews.com column, he turned to Ted Kaczynski, aka the Unabomber, in order to accuse liberals of being “psychologically disordered” because, supposedly, they use technology to gain control of others and erode their autonomy. (H/T Media Matters)
Read moreFox & Friends Fact: 'Angels Help Sick Toddler Beat Cancer'
As America's Christian newsroom, Fox News seems to be on a mission from God (and Roger Ailes) to spread a Christian message that includes divine intercession in the lives of those who pray to angels and "the lord." And, according to Steve Doocy, if you're really special, Fox's main man (along with Roger Ailes) Jesus, will pay you a visit and, ready for it, cure you of cancer. Yesterday, Steve Doocy credulously reported on the story of a young boy who believes that angels helped him through his treatment for cancer which was then cured by Jesus. So in addition to tackling the political topics of the day, Fox News brings news of miracle cures. Something for everyone.
Read moreSean Hannity Pretends Americans Think President Obama Is An Incompetent Liar
Last night, in a discussion with Sen. Rand Paul, Hannity announced, “Last night, there was a Pew poll that came out… The most frequent words now used, according to Pew, to describe President Obama are, ‘incompetent’ and ‘liar.’” Well, Hannity may wish that were so, he can even pretend that is so, but that doesn’t make it so. In fact, the most common words used to describe President Obama were “good/good man.”
Read moreCavuto Does His Part To Discredit And Diminish President Obama's Climate Change Speech
Neil Cavuto opened yesterday’s Your World by focusing on President Obama’s plan to fight climate change. Fox viewers watching earlier in the day, when America Live pre-empted Obama’s speech in favor of a climate-change denier, already knew what to think. But for anyone who missed it, Cavuto hosted his go-to-guy for climate change denial, Joe Bastardi.
