According to Fox News, Hollywood is a bastion of nasty liberalism. So that's why they gush over actors who, in the midst of Hollywood decadence, stand proudly for their Christian and conservative values. Chief among these has-beens (Stephen Baldwin, Kirk Cameron) is Kevin Sorbo who just informed us that Jesus would vote Trump!
Kevin Sorbo, whose claim to fame are barely B grade movies like "Hercules," "Kull the Conquerer," and the Fox pimped "God's Not Dead," is made for Fox News. Sorbo, not a theologian, hates atheists, Planned Parenthood, and, apparently, the Jews who, according to Sorbo, need to deal with having killed Jesus. But these views aren't a problem for Fox & Friends who, last Saturday, hosted Sorbo who spoke about religion, pimped his new book which promotes the awesomeness of Christian home schooling, and - drum roll please-trashed Hillary Clinton.
Clayton Morris began the interview by describing Sorbo as a "great actor." Morris quipped that Sorbo is "in the liberal nest" of Hollywood. The banner reinforced the message that Hollywood conservatives are just so oppressed: "Hollywood Outsider, Kevin Sorbo Backs Trump Over Hillary." After Morris informed us that Sorbo is supporting Trump, Sorbo (who has no problem with Trump's Muslim ban) explained that Trump is "the lesser of the two evils." He pontificated that "God would not support a killer" and Hillary Clinton "left people to die in Benghazi" - a statement that is clearly a lie but Sorbo loves Jesus so it's all good....
When Sandra Smith wanted to know if Sorbo asks Hollywood liberals to cite "what Hillary Clinton has done," Sorbo claimed that he always does this and "never gets an answer." In blowing a very loud dog whistle, he said that the Democrats no longer follow JFK's axiom of asking what you can do for you country and now "just want free stuff." Pete Hegseth blamed the evil, liberal education system which fosters a "me, me, me culture." Sorbo got a little conspiratorial: "It's a way to control the poulation." Hegseth reinforced the evil, liberal Hollywood meme: "And Hollywood just contributes to that."
The rest of the segment was devoted to Sorbo's book, co-written with his wife, barely grade B actress Sam Sorbo who just happened to be in the studio and was ushered onto the curvy couch. This isn't her first rodeo on Fox as she appeared, back in May, to blame Bernie Sanders for an educational system that is "enslaving" our youth into socialism. (Seriously!)
As she did in her last Fox appearance, Mrs. Sorbo brayed about how Bernie Sanders reflects an educational system that supports socialism which promotes - drum roll please - free stuff. Ignoring the death toll inflicted by capitalist countries (US Iraq Invasion?) she whined about the deaths caused by socialism. She continued to whine about the lack of "civics" education which is deliberately being fostered by the "government" which seeks to create a "nanny" state.
After she encouraged the viewers to consider the "blessing" of home schooling, Kevin pimped a new Christian movie, funded by Sean Hannity, which he and the mrs. are writing.
So the "prince of peace" would on board with a candidate who encourages his followers to "kick the crap" out of protesters and who would "bomb the shit" out of our enemies. Who knew.....?
Yes, if Jesus were to try to enter America today the “Fox & Friends” bobble-heads and their bigot hero Trump will s—t all over the curvy couch a brown-skin Middle Easterner can’t be allowed within our borders! Certainly, if Jesus were to ignore the Republican haters and cross our borders anyway, they’d send ICE after him for immediate deportation. One thing is certain. Under no circumstances would they allow illegal immigrant Jesus to vote and, more to the point, would spew fear he might.
