As I reported earlier, the right wing is going apoplectic over a You Tube ad which uses feminist talking points to sell tee-shirts. What really bothers these folks are the little girls who make frequent use of the f-bomb to convey their points - all legitimate issues of concern to women. Not surprisingly, as the "news" network for the patriarchal backlash against feminism, Fox is using this otherwise obscure video to promote the now patented Fox anti-feminist propaganda. Not surprisingly, the hosts of Fox's "The Five," a show which incorporates a female Fox host's sexy leg shot as part of its set design, were chagrined and appalled at this bit of performance art which they think is child abuse because feminism....
Infamous misogynist Greg Gutfeld began the segment with the "vile" video which he characterized as child abuse. He criticized the parents who are using their daughters "for profit." (Free market, baby!) Given that Fox News makes its millions on divisiveness, Gutfeld's claim, that this "fosters an us vs. them mentality," was a truly amazing bit of cognitive dissonance. Kimberly Guilfoyle said that this is "poor parenting and the parents should be ashamed" because this video will taint the future lives of the girls. Eric Bolling said that the girls are being "corrupted" and that the ad was "pro-LGBT." (WTF?) Gutfeld added that "they're using social justice as a Trojan horse to make money." (Isn't "making money" worshipped on Fox?) Guilfoyle felt that the children were being "exploited."
When the discussion turned to feminism, the hosts expressed the hope that feminists would "condemn" the video. Bolling cited FCKH8's (company behind the video) commitment to LGBT rights and asserted that "the LGBT community should push back." Gutfeld dismissed the feminist talking points by alluding to how women in Muslim countries have it way worse than American women - a point, coincidentally, made by right wing Sabrina Schaeffer on Fox & Friends. In what had to be one of the most brilliant non-sequitors ever, Dana Perino said that Hillary Clinton should be asked about pay equity which, I believe, she has addressed.
Tsk, tsk. Seriously, if The Five doesn't think its right wing lies and propaganda don't create an "us vs. them mentality," they can keep on pretending! Fuck'em....
Certain long words he says you just know he hasn’t got a clue what they mean.
What a moron.
And your illegal wars that Fox touted, in the name of military profit murdering thousands and thousands of Iraqi children for profit isn’t the fucking same?
You son of a bitch.
The Nixon trainee Ailes is no stranger to foul language, and neither is Billy. Then we have Photo Op Hannocchio. He’s dropped a few f-bombs himself, and he is known to fly off the handle very easily. These old Irish volcanoes put Sailors to shame.
Since we are on the topic of child abuse, let’s begin with the child molesting priests in the Catholic church. These Fox “News” clowns refuse to condemn the church for hiding these dangerous priests.
Gutterman acts high and mighty when talking about child abuse. But when it comes to the Catholic church’s abuse of children-crickets.
