In Pushing Godless Democrats Meme, Bret Baier Leaves Out Important Details

Posted by Priscilla 0.20pc on September 05, 2012 · Flag

One would assume that part of Fox News' platform of being "fair and balanced" includes accuracy- especially when it comes to "God" who stands at the right hand of Roger Ailes. "God" does seem to have been added to Fox News arsenal of weapons of mass smearing against Democrats. This morning, as I reported, Steve Doocy's interview about Michelle Obama's speech took a right turn when Doocy just happened to mention how the evil godless Democrats have removed the word "God" from their platform while the sanctified, godly GOP use (LOL) "God" 12 times. But Doocy represents Fox "opinion" and this kind of propaganda wouldn't be pushed on Fox News. Oh, wait, alleged "fair & balanced" Fox "news" guy Bret Baier introduced it last night. (Congrats to Fox on the birth of another bogus meme).

But here's the thing, while Baier presented information about the recent Democratic mentions of God, which are lower than the current 12 in the GOP, he forgot to mention that in two of the cited years, God was invoked more by the Dem's. In 2008, the one Democratic mention of God was beaten out by - wait for it - two mentions by the GOP!!!!  And as noted by Juan Williams, the satanic, secular Democrats have a whole paragraph about faith.

But "God" is a Republican who loves Fox News so it's all good...

VP candidate Paul Ryan idolizes Ayn Rand, whose philosophical system absolutely includes atheism. Who’s godless?

The repuke platform doesn’t include that the world is round. Guess that means they are a bunch of flat earthers.

Somebody ought to point out to Fux Noise that the platform they’re so put out about mentions the deity precisely the same number of times as the Constitution and that if you graph it out the number of mentions of the deity by any party has a nearly perfect correlation with the loser of the next election.I’d mention the first amendment to them, but the troglodyte/winger/fuxian document only has the one amendment. They skip right to the second.
