Multimillionaire Sean Hannity Still Pretending He’s Not A Member Of The Elites

Reported by Ellen - August 26, 2011 -

Sean Hannity engaged in a fiery debate with former economic Obama advisor Austan Goolsbee last night. The segment itself was reasonably fair. But to make up for that, Hannity trotted out Ann Coulter immediately afterward for “analysis.” I guess Fox's newly minted in-house economic wizard Bill O’Reilly must have been busy.

After two-time voter fraud suspect Coulter offered her economic insights (and worked in a plug for her new book), Hannity said:
So the president’s gonna come back from his beautiful Martha’s Vineyard (said with a mock elite accent) – do you go to Martha’s Vineyard? I’m just curious.”

The suggestion was that the place is too elite for either of them.

Coulter said, “I’ve been there…”

“Alright, so he’s hanging out with all these rich CEO’s,” Hannity began before suggesting that Obama was also hypocritical for having wanted to tax higher earners.

But for Hannity to suggest that he and Coulter are regular folk compared to elitist Obama is not just laughable, it’s downright deceitful. Let’s take a look at where these two hang out.

Hannity’s "regular guy earnings" of about $100 million have gotten him a 6+ acre, luxury waterfront mansion on Long Island, complete with seven bedrooms, 7 1/2 baths, seven fireplaces, lighted tennis courts and a gunite pool.

Doesn’t everyone have seven bedrooms, seven fireplaces and tennis courts?

Coulter lives in Palm Beach, FL, where the median home price is a “regular” $640,000.

Pretending to be “regular folks” is a great camouflage for advancing their economic policies which totally favor the wealthy at the expense of everyone else.
