Fox Contributor Compares Obama To The Unabomber

On Cashin’ In Saturday, regular panelist Jonathan Hoenig responded to President Obama's comments on some of technology’s effects on our economy. The President said, "A lot of businesses have learned to become much more efficient with a lot fewer workers. You see it when you go to a bank… and you use an ATM, you don't go to a bank teller." Sounds like a good point, but host Cheryl Casone instructed Hoenig to, “Tell him why he’s wrong.”

Hoenig said, ”Technology creates jobs, it creates productivity. If this is the President's position, it, frankly – it worries me. This is the same Jeremy Rifkin, Ted Kaczynski, Luddite argument that basically likens humans to barnyard animals, right?"

Comment: Wrong, Jonathan. Comparing a valid point by President Obama to the Unabomber? That may be a new low for Fox.
