Oops! Fox News "Regrets" Mistaking Tina Fey For Sarah Palin

During Sunday's America's News Headquarters, anchor Shannon Bream reported on Sarah Palin's interview with Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday. But instead of showing a graphic of Palin, the producer posted a photo of comedienne Tina Fey impersonating Palin.
As TVNewser reported:
“A graphic error was made,” says David Clark, executive producer of weekend programming for FOX News. “The producer has since been disciplined and an explanation and apology will be made in the same hour next Sunday,” says Clark, adding, “Fox News regrets the error.”
