Fox Kicks Off 2012 Election Cycle With Infomercial For GOP Candidates
Reported by Ellen - November 5, 2010 -
Special Report began the first in a new series called "12 in 2012," a "look at a dozen potential Republican candidates for president," as host Bret Baier described it. He warned that none of the candidates have declared yet and that other Republican candidates "outside of the 12 we've chosen to highlight" could also join the race. "We'll even have a thirteenth piece that includes others who have been mentioned." First up, Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels. Not a discouraging word was to be heard.
Baier said the series will run every night and "culminate in a one hour special." Anyone want to bet that the rest of the series is as much of a GOP infomercial?
