Is Christine O'Donnell Greta Van Susteren's Latest Woman Crush?

Tea Party candidate Christine O'Donnell has been compared to Sarah Palin many times. But they seem to share another attribute I've not seen noted elsewhere: "Democrat" Greta Van Susteren's uncritical admiration of O'Donnell's extremist candidacy.
Last week, I posted how href="http://mediamatters.org/research/200701060005">"liberal" Van Susteren defended O'Donnell to Karl Rove while completely overlooking her extreme views on evolution, masturbation and equating a lack of school prayer with school shootings. Last night, Van Susteren argued on O'Donnell's behalf to Republican Rick Santorum. Santorum was hardly a harsh critic but he did express some diplomatically-worded concerns about O'Donnell who, it was revealed early in the segment, had just slipped to 15 points behind her Democratic opponent.
Can a fawning trip to Delaware be far off in Van Susteren's future?
