Another Misleading Fox Nation Headline - Mojave Desert Cross Theft “Hate Crime”

After the Mojave Desert cross memorial was saved by the Supreme Court, it was stolen by vandals. Fox Nation asks if it’s a “hate crime.” The article, linked to the Christian right wing legal group (Liberty Institute) that defended the cross, says nothing about a hate crime. Course when Democratic African American member of Congress, David Scott, had a swastika painted on his office after a rowdy town hall meeing where patriotic “real Americans” articulated their anger – not a word about that on Fox Nation. Different strokes for different folks. And correct me if I'm wrong - but didn't the religious right object to hate crime legislation???
