O'Reilly And Walters Trade Good-Natured Jibes Over Fascinating People

Reported by Ellen - December 10, 2009 -

So not EVERYTHING on Fox is biased and hateful. I laughed out loud several times during Bill O'Reilly's interview with Barbara Walters last night (12/9/09) over her Fascinating People of 2009 special. The two television troopers/competitors traded good-natured barbs and taunts throughout about Adam Lambert, Lady Gaga and Glenn Beck - "in spite of your jealousy, one of our biggest voices on television," Walters told O'Reilly, who chuckled heartily, rather than denying it. O'Reilly tried to snow Walters but she gave back as good as she got and O'Reilly, who had some funny comments of his own, took it like a pro. I wound up catching it again on rerun and laughed the second time, too. A good lesson for Democrats about how not to allow Fox to take control of an interview. Good going, Babs!
