Beck Exploits His Special Needs Daughter to Further "Euthanasia" Lie and "Nazi" Smear

One thing I've come to notice while watching Glenn Beck is that the man is always trying to find new ways to go one better and one step lower in order to whip up his audience, be it with over the top rants , making insensitive comments, making "jokes" that involve political leaders and a glass of poisoned wine, or basically reducing himself to a baby crying his eyes out . The stuff he does needs to be larger than life, and bigger and better than the last go around, kind of like the Irish rock band U2 does with concerts and their albums (with full apologies to Bono et al. for that analogy). On Tuesday, Beck outdid himself – by exploiting his special-needs daughter to deliver his latest message of hate and fear.

Yes, you read that right. In his latest emotive, blubbering, crocodile-tears performance, Beck managed to top his controversial “joke” that he poisoned Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, by - and I wish I were kidding about this - exploiting his cerebral palsy daughter to link Nazi Germany's ideas of euthanasia to the bullshit talking point that under the Obama health care plan, senior citizens are going to be killed and special needs patients will be facing "death panels"by the government.

"I want to show you a poster that I saw this morning getting ready for the show, and I want you to know that I have a daughter who was born (insert voice quaver here) with cerebral palsy. And when she was born, they said she would never walk or talk (lip quiver) or feed herself. She went to college, they were wrong. This poster bothers me so much because the hand of the person shown in this poster reminds me of my - uh - (fake tears/choke up) - my daughter's hand."

To quote Joseph N. Welch: "Have you no sense of decency sir, at long last? Have you left no sense of decency?" That is extremely disgusting and low of you, Mr. Beck. How dare you use your daughter, your own flesh and blood, to scare your viewers like that. Is there no low you won't sink to, no ethical stone that can’t be unturned in your eyes? Sadly, the answer is not just no, but hell no! Anything to scare, enrage and mislead your audience is fair game for you, isn't it, Glenn?
