Grab Yer Pitchforks - Fox Nation Claims NBC “Attacks” On Miss California Are “Attacks” On “Average Americans”

Reported by Priscilla - May 1, 2009 -

The second headline on the “Fox Nation” lede asks the question “Why Does NBC News Attack Average Americans?” Placing your cursor on the headline brings up three photos - Joe the non licensed plumber, Miss California, and two white teabaggers one of whom is carrying a sign saying “we’ve had enough, no on IA” (?) – a real cross slice of “average” American conservative republicans who now represent 21% of the electorate. The article linked to isn’t from the standard right wing sources like the Washington Times or National Review; but rather from Newsbusters, the love child of Fox fave Brent Bozell’s Media Research Empire. Right wing propaganda does involve some interesting cross pollination – or is it incest!

It seems that one of Bozell’s boys has his clean, white knickers in a snit about MSNBC’s David Schuster who, according to Jeff Poor, has launched an “attack campaign against Miss California because of her gay marriage stand.” (Poor, poor, Miss California). Poor Jeff, who is still upset that David Schuster “mocked” the teabaggers, is really upset that Schuster made nasty, bad comments about Miss California on his “Twitter” including a comment that asked if the bible condemns plastic surgery. (LOL!). Schuster was also irreverent about Miss California’s “logic.” (Uh, Jeff, the new spokesmodel for traditional marriage claimed that we live in a land “where you can chose same sex or opposite marriage” and that’s only true if you live in the states where same sex marriage is legal). Carrie Prejean’s new BFFs (The National Organization For Marriage) recently stated, in a press release, that Prejean does not have an “opportunistic agenda,” which prompted the evil, liberal Schuster to send them an e-mail asking if “elective” opportunistic plastic surgery wasn’t “opportunistic.” (The nerve of him!!!)

And that’s it – the “attack” on “average Americans.” But if Newsbusters says it, then it must be true – at least for the “average” Fox Nation dweller. The comments for this article are the usual liberals are just so intolerant, liberals are trying to take over the world, and bible quotes; but I think this so captures the heart, soul, and mind of “The Fox Nation:”

From “Sut Up Dems” - TO MrDNA I JUST HATE YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE YOU SCUM OF THE EARTH SOSHUT UP DEM!!!!!!
