Baghdad getting back to normal - depends on the definition of normal

Bill Hemmer of FOX's America's Newsroom is in Baghdad all week, sending in segments about how well things are going there, with schools being built, an Internet cafe, becoming a normal city again. This morning the Friends talked to him and he told of taking a sightseeing tour, if you will, in an American Blackhawk helicopter (your tax dollars at work). But what's that flying by? A bird? A plane?
It appears to be incoming. Maybe not quite a normal city just yet.
