Outrageous Quote of the Week 9/27/08

Reported by Chrish - September 29, 2008 -

Neil Cavuto's on a roll lately, and won handily last week saying "Now, this notion though, and it's been a steady theme on the part of the Democratic ticket...to say that the rich have not done their fair share, not that, you know, the upper 2, 3 or 4, 5% are that rich these days..." Aaaww, Neil's hosting the pity party for the uber-rich losing millions from their portfolios. See this week's whinings, just as bad, after the jump.

Option A: "...it's not Big Brother that's spying on you, it's citizens turning on each other. [snip] The federal government has to get a handle on this, because this is terrorism. This Internet stuff, it terrorizes little kids through bullying, it can do so much damage to people, and the feds just don't have a handle on it." Bill O'Reilly overreacting to Palin email hacking, FOX and Friends, 9/23/08

Option B: "My favorite moment [of the debate] was when [Obama] said, you know, I, it would just be irresponsible to cut early childhood, early childhood education? Is that a core function of the federal government now? Does anyone actually think these federal programs work?" Bill Kristol, "Rescue Rumble" w/Neil Cavuto, 9/27/08

Option C: "The real question on (the upcoming vice presidential) debate is gonna be, from Palin's perspective, is Palin gonna go out there and are we gonna see the woman that we saw in Dayton, Ohio and at the Convention and, you know, comfortable in herself, or are they gonna have over-prepped her, stuffed too much information in her mind and made her a little uncomfortable? Because she's really good when... just talking with people." Karl Rove, Hannity & Colmes, 9/27/08

Option D: "We've got to drill. We've got to drill offshore. We've got to stick a drill in the caribou if we need to." John "Bradshaw" Layfield, "Rescue Rumble" w/Neil Cavuto, 9/27/08

Option E: "Now, if you were President and you have a friend who thinks Louis Farrakhan, a horrible anti-Semite, who also believes America is a racist nation, that association would be troubling. It's no different than President Bush hanging out with David Duke....Americans are saying, "We want our President to have a perspective we share." Bill O'Reilly trying to trash Obama with a remote connection to Louis Farrakhan and a faulty analogy during the "Obama Chronicles," the O'Reilly Factor, 9/25/08
