O'Reilly's Efforts To Sabotage Obama Transparent But Ineffective

Reported by Deborah - September 4, 2008 -

Bill O'Reilly finally got his interview with Barack Obama but his real challenge was how to use it to make John McCain look good right before his acceptance speech. Tonight before viewers could see the first seven minute segment of the interview, they were forced to watch forty minutes of Palin worship plus partisan insights and distortions from Karl Rove, Newt Gingrich and Megyn Kelly. Obama was set up for sure before the interview even aired and it was clear that O'Reilly was playing to the FOX News base. However, even though O'Reilly was rude and determined to make himself look good, Obama was tough, confident, well informed and a perfect gentleman. video below
