A “Fair and Balanced” Line-Up Of Republican Guests, Only
Reported by Ellen - July 9, 2008 -
Hannity & Colmes last night (7/8/08) spent five segments discussing the presidential election. There were three guests; two were Republicans, one (Pat Buchanan) a conservative former Republican.
The first guest was Republican Mitt Romney (have his sons enlisted yet?). Romney got two segments to himself. He was followed by Pat Buchanan who also got a double segment in which he was the sole guest. Then came Republican pollster Frank Luntz to discuss the campaign ads. He just happened to play two pro-McCain ads (one was from the RNC) and one pro-Obama ad.
The only other guest was Ted Koppel. He got in a few good digs at President Bush’s policies but Koppel was mainly there to talk about his upcoming four-part series on China to start airing on the Discovery Channel today.
Think that tonight’s show will balance out last night’s with an all-Democratic line up discussing the campaign? Don’t make me laugh.
By the way, I wrote Romney's campaign to ask them if his sons have enlisted yet. info@mittromney.com
