FOX News Labels Florida Van Explosion Victim Terrorist

On Studio B with Shepard Smith, in a Breaking News segment, Greg Jarrett showed a clip, from closed circuit TV, of a van blowing up in Florida. He went on to say it was caused by a smoker in his welding vehicle who did not know the tank was leaking, lit up and “thar she blew” and that his condition was unknown. Then he went on to say, “Well he is a suspected al-Qaeda terrorist.” Then after a very pregnant pause, Jarrett failed to elaborate on this charge and went on to Wall Street news. 7/3/08 video below
