FOX News Pushing The Voter Fraud Meme Again. Remind Them About Ann Coulter!

Reported by Ellen - June 14, 2008 -

Suddenly, after a four year hiatus that began as soon as George W. Bush won re-election in 2004, FOX News is once again making a big deal about voter fraud. They have even set up a special email address for viewers to report instances of voter fraud. What better story to report than the brazen but still unprosecuted voter fraud of Ann Coulter?

As Raw Story reported, FOX News has begun a crusade “for the kind of evidence of widespread cheating that has already been used to justify disenfranchising mainly poor and elderly voters.” This is a revival of the campaign they began in the months leading up the 2004 presidential election when we could hardly turn on FOX News without stumbling on some kind of story or discussion about voter fraud. Funny, but all that concern melted away just around the time Bush was re-elected. Now, with Republicans in trouble in districts across the country, it has suddenly resurfaced.

So in the interests of justice, fairness and balance, Brad Friedman of Brad Blog came up with the excellent suggestion that we report Ann Coulter to FOX News. Brad has done some terrific, compelling reporting on the very damning facts surrounding Coulter’s knowingly false voter registration in Palm Beach, FL.

Ask them when we can expect an investigation into this shocking situation right on their own doorstep!

But don’t hold your breath waiting for an answer.
