Bill O'Reilly addressed the video thats all over the Internet of him having an inexplicable rage over a teleprompter misunderstanding on Inside Edition, sort of. He mentioned its existence and then joked that he is contractually obliged to cause an entertaining ruckus several times a year. Har. Har.
