Breaking: Romney reportedly dropping out of race

FOXNews.com and other sources are reporting tht Mitt Romney is suspending his presidential campaign, perhaps as early as today.
FOX News Contributor Karl Rove, speaking to Jane Skinner, suspects that the Romney wallet is closing after calculating that John McCain has pretty well clinched the nomination.
Jane Skinner just confirmed that he will be dropping out sometime today.
Rove is now citing pluses for John McCain.
TIME Magazine's Mark Halperin broke the story. Appearing on FOX News, he said that the campaign will be "suspended" so Romney retains control of his delegates, and noted that all the money he spent on the campaign was "loans."
