Yesterday afternoon the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed a brief on behalf of Republican congressman Larry Craig asserting his right to have an "expectation of privacy" when having sex in a public bathroom.
The ACLU? Sex, sex, sex, sex, sex? A congressman? This is right up Neil Cavuto's, ah, alley! So he was all over it today, with FOX NEWS ALERTS and all, right?
Wrong. Craig is a Republican.
